Josh Hayward

Prior to joining Elements Health Investors, Josh was a member of the healthcare investing team at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, a global private equity firm. While at CD&R, Josh worked on several transactions across the healthcare services, animal health, and pharmaceutical industries. 

Prior to joining CD&R, Josh worked in the financial institutions group at Lazard Frères & Company and in the equity capital markets group at Deutsche Bank.

Josh received his B.S. in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
