Leah Naddaf

Leah joined the Elements Health Investors team in October of 2023 as an Executive Assistant, where she brings eight years of experience to the role. Prior to joining Elements, Ms. Naddaf supported executives at leading financial firms in New York City including WP Global Partners and Grosvenor Capital Management where she worked with the C-suite and various teams. Leah started her career at CPH - “The Lewin Family Office” where she was active in Investor Relations/Marketing in addition to supporting the three head partners. Ms. Naddaf holds a B.S. in Finance with minors in Marketing and International Business from Southeast Missouri State University.
